Delivery Information
Nationwide Delivery
We deliver to mainland UK excluding Northern Ireland. UK mainland does not include the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Wight, the Isles of Scilly and remote areas of Scotland (the Scottish Islands and Highlands).
When will my order be delivered?
Once you have placed your order, we aim to bake and dispatch all orders in 1 - 2 working days. As soon as the item has been posted, you will receive a tracking number. If your package is not delivered within the first day then it will be redelivered the next day, or left in your chosen safe place as per your settings. (dependent on courier).
We cannot be held responsible for any delays that the courier experiences, but as our products are all made fresh, they will still be enjoyable the day after!

We use Royal Mail, Evri & DPD.
Please note: The products will be at your risk from the time you accept the delivery from the courier.
Additional Delivery Information
Should you receive an item damaged, please contact us on info@bakeaffair.co.uk, we will try out best to assist your issue, although we are not liable for any damaged caused by a delivery partner. If an item is missing from the delivery, please contact us and we will put it right!
Please ensure you give us the correct shipping address, we will not be liable for any products delivered to the wrong address based on the information provided to us.
